Services Designer

In Evolutio we want to incorporate a Services Designer.

The responsibilities of the position are:

Development and preparation of service proposals :

· Gathering customer requirements at the service level.

· Study of RFP and specifications of Public Administration for the analysis of requirements.

· Definition of the scope and coverage of the services.

Integration of the different service elements that make up the proposed solution

· Agree and ensure the coherence of the service model with those responsible for the technical areas involved.

· Emphasize the most relevant aspects of the proposal according to the assessment criteria established by the client at each opportunity.

· Validation of SLAs, risk detection and mitigation proposal, in the offer phase.

· Quotation of services within a proposal.

· Consolidate the costs of services.

· Ensure the completeness of the costs of all the service elements included in the proposed model.

· Seek efficiencies in the service model in the search for an economic improvement of the business case, together with each business area involved.

Defense of proposals

· Preparation of presentations.

· Structuring messages and defending them against the client.

· Resolution of issues related to the prepared proposal.

As for skills:

· Ability to write proposals.

· Structuring of concepts and elaboration of diagrams.

· Basic financial concepts for margin management and construction of P&L’s

· Ability to dialogue with the client, both for the defense of a proposal, and to gather the needs and objectives that the client intends to cover in his request for proposal.

· Ability to develop proposals and defenses in both Spanish and English.
