We are looking for people who are passionate about strategic design who want to impact people’s lives by designing valuable solutions, services, products and experiences .

Among other things, this is what you will do

• You will navigate uncertainty and turn customer and business needs into innovative solutions.
• You will generate and share knowledge, and inspire the team through design tools and methodologies.
• You will have a dialogue with the client and you will move like a fish in water in complex contexts.
• You will have autonomy in the management and development of projects.
• You will work with empathy to understand the client’s needs and their circumstances.
• You will communicate in such a way that you know how to explain abstract and complex concepts in a simple and consumable way.

To carry out these tasks you will need:

• Experience in managing complex projects coordinating the work of other specialists.
• Knowledge of design methodologies (service design, design thinking, system thinking, design futures…) and experience working with them.
• Sense of self-criticism and constructive feedback, to improve processes and the experience within The Cocktail.
• Experience in dialogue with the client and the development of accounts.
