As a Service Designer you will be responsible for:

🔸 Research and Analysis: Identify user needs through qualitative research activities, develop insights and detect innovation opportunities.

🔸 Ideation and Prototyping: Co-create ideas, develop concepts, build prototypes and define user interactions with the products and services we design.

🔸 Moderation and Facilitation: Moderate and facilitate user interviews, workshops, and co-creation sessions.

🔸 Design and Specification of Solutions: Design and specify products, services and experiences, considering technical, business and design aspects.

🔸 Definition of Strategies and Business Models: Develop innovation strategies and define effective business models.

🔸 Materialization and Communication of Ideas: Use storytelling and design techniques to make ideas tangible, and effectively communicate research findings, ideas, concepts and design solutions, both verbally and visually.

Experience and skills:

🔹 Relevant experience in service design, interaction design or similar roles such as experience design or design research.

🔹 Knowledge of business models and development of innovation strategies.

🔹 Competence in applying human-centered design processes.

🔹 Ability to work collaboratively with clients, users and multidisciplinary teams.

🔹 Ability to plan and execute qualitative research activities.

🔹 Experience moderating interviews, workshops and co-creation sessions, both in-person and remote.

🔹 Ability to create user paths (customer journeys), service blueprints, interaction models and usage flows.

🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional requirements:

🔸 University degree in a discipline related to service design.

🔸 Advanced level of Spanish and English.

🔸 Residence in Buenos Aires.
