Using This Site
By using Service Design Jobs you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. These terms cover the website, the newsletter, and every account on it.
What We Provide
Service Design Jobs is a job board for service design roles. Employers post listings, and we gather relevant postings from other sources. Browsing and applying are free for job seekers. The X-Ray analysis and salary benchmarks are informational tools, not offers or guarantees.
Job Listings and Applications
Listings describe roles offered by third parties. We do not verify every detail, and a listing may be filled or withdrawn by the time you see it. Applications go through the employer's own process, usually a link on the listing. We are not a party to any hiring decision, contract, or employment relationship that comes out of it.
Accounts
Keep your login to yourself and your information accurate. You are responsible for what happens through your account. We can suspend accounts used for spam, false listings, or other misuse.
Posting a Job
Postings must describe a real, open role, and you need the right to publish them: you work for the employer or act on its behalf. The content of a listing is the poster's responsibility. That covers accuracy, legality, and non-discrimination. Listings go live within 24 hours after they pass review and payment, where payment applies.
Paid Listings
Featured listings carry the prices shown at checkout, in euros, for the duration you select. Payment is processed by the checkout system; its terms apply to the transaction itself. Every submission passes our quality review first, and the payment link arrives after the listing passes. If a listing fails that review, we tell you what to change. Acceptable Use
Don't submit false information, don't impersonate anyone, and don't use the site in ways that break applicable law. Automated access that burdens the site or scrapes it in bulk is not allowed without our written permission.
Content Ownership
The text and images in a job listing belong to the employer that posted it or the source it came from. The site itself, meaning the design, the code, the X-Ray analysis, and the way the data is presented, belongs to Service Design Jobs. Salary benchmarks draw on the Service Design Salary(+) Report and are presented for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing our content in bulk requires written permission.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for damages connected to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, and your statutory consumer rights stay intact.
Changes and Contact
These terms can change as the site grows. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Questions or disputes go to hello@servicedesignjobs.com. We would rather fix things than fight about them.
