📢 We’re looking for a Service Designer 📢

At Nonconformist, we are a digital experiences and products agency.

We focus on human-centered design, with a multidisciplinary approach that encompasses the entire value creation process. We combine design, data, growth, and technology to transform businesses, providing end-to-end solutions that directly impact the user experience.

We’re looking for a Service Designer to join our Buenos Aires studio. You must live in Buenos Aires or the surrounding area.

⚙️ And specifically, this is what you’ll do:
  • Design strategies for digital products and omnichannel experiences using agile methodologies and user-centered design practices.
  • Establish the work process and dynamics appropriate to the specific needs of the project.
  • Communicate ideas and concepts verbally and visually, through the creation of deliverables such as presentations, user journeys, personas, and more.
  • Conduct research tasks such as interviews, co-creation sessions, etc., with both users and stakeholders.
  • Use your critical and analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Work with service mapping and strategic proposition techniques (such as service blueprints, business model canvas, value proposition canvas).
  • Carry out the design and reengineering of work processes in conjunction with different areas of an organization.
  • Establish agreements with business area leaders.
  • Document processes, workflows, communication, etc.
  • Facilitate and design strategic design workshop dynamics with clients (workshops).
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
💡 For that, we need you to have experience in…
  • Service Design with at least three years of experience in design studios or consulting, working on products and clients with significant impact in the Finance and Payments sectors.
  • Projects for the creation or improvement of digital services or products, working in multidisciplinary teams and meeting established objectives and deadlines.
  • Project coordination, working with other disciplines, such as development or data.
  • Anticipating and synthesizing the needs of both customers and business and technology teams.
  • Conducting research tasks with users and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops by adapting your presentation to the participants’ objectives or backgrounds.
  • Handling tools to map the experience and identify critical points in the process.
  • Conceptualization of ideas into creative and actionable design proposals within the context of the project.
  • Defining and conveying the value proposition of a new service in a convincing manner.
  • Handling tools to make high-impact presentations.
💯 At Nonconformist we like people who…
  • They are autonomous and know how to manage their responsibilities and their time.
  • They are demanding of themselves and are constantly in the process of improving.
  • They are flexible, they embrace change, and they are able to pivot and abandon old ideas.
  • They don’t expect to get everything right the first time or perfectly, and they are willing to take risks and face mistakes.
  • They know how to work with other people, they put their ego aside: big team, little me .
  • They create a positive, collaborative work environment in which everyone feels included, valued, and accepted.
