Service Designer

As a Service Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and optimising PTA’s corporate operating models. Utilising your knowledge of leading practices, you will design services that best meet customer needs and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate services.

In this role you will:

• Facilitate the improvement and design of end-to-end processes, ensuring they deliver business value and align with new technology.
• Work closely with functional areas to develop contemporary services, highlight touchpoints and interdependencies.
• Enhance a shared understanding of customer and operational needs, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
• Streamline processes while ensuring compliance and meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management strategies and plans for a smooth transition to new processes and system.
• Implement performance measures, gather stakeholder feedback to demonstrate and ensure optimal and sustainable processes.
• Your initial focus will be on the finance operating model, followed by human resources.

This is a unique 5-year fixed-term contract, offering an immediate start and the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on Western Australia’s public transport landscape.
