A bit about you…
You’re a designer with several years of demonstrable experience ideating and iterating products from discovery all the way through to delivery. Someone who’s keen to dig for answers, uncover the why, advocate for the users, and design solutions all the while bringing the team and stakeholders along for the journey.

You will use the latest tools of the trade to design, prototype, test and deliver their solutions. You’ll have a clear process and be able to work autonomously. You can cut through ambiguity, breakdown complexity to deliver innovative and delightful experiences.

What does that look like at a glance?

  • Experience in service design, ideally in a multi-product environment
  • The ability to undertake qualitative and quantitative research
  • A passion for collaboration and recognition of the value it brings
  • A self-driven attitude and a love for helping connect business ideas to customers needs
  • The ability to visualise and communicate the future of products
  • A real passion for identifying and solving problems

Things you won’t find anywhere else…
Here at Domain Group, we love to have adventures. One of the great ways we do this is by holding innovation weeks where everyone in the business can get involved and have a week full of exploring new ideas with people they don’t normally work with. Some of our best product innovations have come out of these events!

We know that when people are happy they tend to work better and have greater work satisfaction so we make sure to look after our team. With flexible hours and working from home arrangements for when life (or covid) happens; breastfeeding rooms, prayer rooms, and loads of cozy hangout spaces – we set our people up to do their best work.

Not only is our close-knit design team the absolute bees-knees, and the entire reason you should join us, but we also work in a pretty darn good company.

We’re driven by the belief that open minds open doors. We value innovation and creativity that diversity of thought brings and are committed to building an inclusive workplace; one where every single one of us can feel truly at home.
