Service Designer

The Role
An exciting opportunity for a 12-month role has arisen in our CX Division. As a Service Designer you will work closely with the Service Design Lead, design researchers and other design specialists on projects aimed at optimising customer experience and helping the business achieve its strategic objectives.

Use your design skills and experience to champion the needs of customers within systems and processes that deliver service experiences to customers.

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;

• Tertiary qualification in Design
• Relevant business experience using HCD, Design Thinking or in Customer Experience
• Experience designing customer experiences incorporating aesthetic and process improvements.
• Being a customer focussed, creative thinker
• Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing with key stakeholders, and other design specialists
• A portfolio of current service design or experience design projects.
