About You

Capabilities required to undertake the role successfully include:

  1. A post-secondary qualification in a human behaviour or design related field with subsequent workplace application, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and/or training.
  2. Demonstrated prior experience evaluating the value and impact of a current-state service, and facilitating the design of services with stakeholder groups to execute a vision and/or strategy.
  3. Proven experience applying established frameworks and methodologies (e.g agile, lean) when facilitating co-design sessions and prioritising the implementation of service design enhancements.
