Within projects, you will be part of the design process of course, carry out scoping estimations with your team, implement designs, and participate in writing design documentation. You will assist our customers in adopting best practices in new design patterns.

Key Accountabilities Will Include

  • Assisting in the development of concepts, including the definition of customer needs, task analysis and the creation of sitemaps, process/screen flows and wireframes
  • Assess end-to-end customer experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative
  • Give concepts meaning by visualising service concepts, and creating visually compelling concept models
  • Build consensus between services and/or stakeholders to create a continually collaborative through workshops and other
  • Support the creation of services bringing together user needs, business goals and technical feasibility
  • Analyse existing business properties / sites to identify overall inefficiencies and/or non-compliance and develop and implement solutions that will improve business performance based on user needs, available technology and value for money
  • Develop high fidelity visual (responsive) designs and clickable prototypes.
  • Work with the development team and provide clear specifications to develop the product, you will also be responsible for reviewing the final product.

You will have the following experience profile

  • Successfully designed amazing digital experiences (apps, web, portals, wearables, voice)
  • Significant and specialist knowledge of communicating design, including the rationale behind the experience options
  • Hands on experience in primary User research methods
  • Validated a range of design decisions with end users
  • Worked on large multi-platform projects with a significant number of stakeholders and other dependant 3rd party vendors
  • UX consulting and advisory experience
  • Planned and facilitated product sprints / workshops
  • Mentored / supported other designers in the team
  • Been seen as a ‘go-to’ person to resolve complex and specific problems on projects
  • 4 years+ of professional Service Design experience in agile environments
