Role & Responsibilities


– You’ll be responsible for evolving and expanding on existing Service Design artifacts, such as journeys and blueprints, which consider experiences crossing multiple channels and technologies.
– You will be proposing ideas and asking the right questions, to help to bring alignment across teams on a solution that can be progressed to implementation.
– You’ll be providing walkthroughs of the artifacts you evolve and produce, to the project team and broader stakeholders, for feedback.
– You’ll be collaborating with Senior Marketers, to assist with campaign strategies that support the implementation of the experiences you propose.
– You’ll be interpreting research reports and insights provided to you from other teams, to evolve or support your recommendations.

Desired Experience


– 5+ years relevant professional experience as a Service Designer or similar role.
– Experience on complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
– Financial Services or similar experience strongly desired.

Desired Skills


– Experience with online collaboration tools such as Miro.
