Service Designer

The role 

We’re currently looking for an accomplished Service Designer to support a number of projects that require stakeholder facilitation and service blueprint design experience.

You will be working in a multidisciplinary design team alongside Design Strategists, Experience Designers and Visual Designers as well as collaborating deeply with project stakeholders

Your Expertise 

We are looking for a Service Designer with a strong capability to turn ambiguous, complex challenges into concise and compelling outcomes.

• You have a portfolio of work that reflects your Service Design experience, specially in the areas of stakeholder facilitation and service blueprint design.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field and have intimate knowledge of contemporary design methodologies. You possess a proven track record of using these methodologies to get great results which integrate technical, business and end-user requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders, empathise directly with customers and help drive consensus.
• You are a collaborator that brings everyone along for the journey. You have experience running workshops, co-design sessions, playbacks and showcases.
