Service Designer

The Family Safety Hub is a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled and motivated team working to solve some of the most challenging problems related to domestic and family violence in the ACT. We use innovation and design thinking approaches and make decisions based on evidence.

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and adaptable Service Designer who can contribute to a range of projects across the Office.

Our Service Designer will effectively apply service design skills and approaches, work collaboratively with stakeholders within government and the community to co-design and trial solutions for people affected by domestic and family violence in our community.

The work is dynamic, focused on people and outcomes, intensive and challenging at times, and truly rewarding.

Note: This is a temporary position available for 12 months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
