Service Designer/User Researcher (Combined Skillset)

The Digital Squads service provides short term, rapid targeted support to COVID-19 priorities in the DTA and across the APS, with a focus on helping teams achieve outcomes. The role is a combined skillset role where a senior Service Designer and User Researcher can flex across two digital specialists to help the DTA best respond to our client needs quickly.

This role requires the Senior Service Designer to have strong user research skills and to apply service design and human-centred methods to get the best outcome for end users and the organisation. This role will be responsible for delivering an efficient and human-centred service experience.
