Service Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Service Designer, based in West End, QLD. The Services Designer will collaborate across teams in-house to create solutions and direction with our construction projects leading to a best in class design outcome. Are you able to look at problems and present solutions to your team? Do you want to make a difference in our projects because that opportunity is here. If you are either a Mechanical or Electrical engineer with site experience who wants to find an opportunity in a forward looking business to influence change, then we may be for you.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Service Design and Design Thinking
• Proven ability in Facilitation and running collaborative workshops to determine the best solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering

• Experience in construction industry and ideally within the M&E space
