Description
We are looking for UX Researchers and Service Designers to work on the development of a content and data platform with a logged-in area, aimed at customers in the Ana Couto ecosystem.
Minimum requirements
Responsibilities and duties:
- Lead and execute service design deliveries for experience or multidisciplinary projects with teams from other areas of Anacouto;
- Identify user and shopper personas (digital and physical) from qualitative and quantitative data;
- Structure and carry out research (qualitative and quantitative) and experience and usability analyses in a broad service vision;
- Map the journey of users and shoppers (digital and physical) and their opportunities for evolution;
- Structure information architecture and navigation flows of digital interfaces and
- Have the flexibility to use the same usability method in the design of information architecture for product packaging and navigation flows in physical spaces;
- Structure wireframes for digital product screens and/or physical product packaging;
- Plan, create tools and moderate co-creation workshops with clients and internal staff;
- Design solutions for experiences that adhere to project objectives, business KPIs and with a view to building value for brands;
- Support digital and physical experience teams and partners, ensuring conceptual/strategic alignment.
Requirements:
- Analytical vision, reaching efficient diagnoses;
- Good storytelling, tying together concept and strategy;
- Knowledge of branding or communication;
- Familiarity with Figma and Miro, in addition to Microsoft 365;
- Conducting presentations;
- Higher education completed.
