About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Service Designer with a systemic approach, strategic thinking, and a focus on user experience to work on projects that directly impact the customer journey, integrating physical and digital channels and connecting business, product, and technology areas.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences, ensuring fluidity, consistency and coherence across all user touchpoints.
- Carry out co-creation dynamics with different areas and stakeholders.
- Map journeys and service ecosystems, visualizing interactions between users, channels, systems and internal areas.
- Identify flaws, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
- Conduct interviews, tests and validations with stakeholders and users, transforming feedback into actionable insights.
- Act as a bridge between areas, promoting alignment and focus on user experience.
- Identify real needs and pain points of users, connecting these findings to business opportunities.
- Plan and organize work stages with clear objectives, deadlines and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience with service design, preferably in corporate environments or digital transformation projects.
- Skill in mapping journeys, ecosystems, service blueprints and identifying points for improvement.
- Experience with tools like Miro, Figma, FigJam, Notion or similar.
- Knowledge of methods such as Design Thinking, Jobs To Be Done, qualitative and quantitative research.
- Good ability to articulate with multidisciplinary areas (UX, Product, Business, Technology).
- Excellent communication and ability to facilitate workshops and dynamics with diverse stakeholders.
- Systemic vision and focus on combining user experience with business viability.
