We are looking for a Mid-level Service Designer, based in São Paulo, to help us collaborate on service design projects, contributing to meeting deadlines, ensuring quality, and delivering solutions aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements.
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative research to understand user challenges and needs, producing actionable insights.
  • Develop personas, user journeys, prototypes, and service blueprints, among other service design artifacts.
  • Co-facilitate workshops with stakeholders and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills; you communicate clearly and concisely.
