- Develop the design of concepts and processes;
- Prototyping, testing and research;
- Consolidate criteria and monitor pilots, structuring and executing the scale gain plan to deploy with areas of operation.
- Conducting interviews with users and customers, by defining and validating hypotheses.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Experience with Service Designer and its disciplines;
- Complete training;
- Experience as a Designer Thinker and/or Service Designer.
Desirable
- Have worked in service design projects;
- Have acted in the mediation of groups for generative sessions and ideation;
- Actively participate in the community including research groups, lectures and events;
- Complementary extension courses.
