MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
How will your day-to-day be?
- Help in defining and conducting qualitative research;
- Map pains and create user journeys;
- Knowing how to analyze data and results of quantitative and qualitative research;
- Devising and conducting ideation workshops to generate insights;
- Compile generated insights and structure them in an organized and assertive way;
- Create presentations of the work developed for business areas;
- Make many presentations to the different areas of the company.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
What knowledge cannot be lacking?
- Course or experience in Design Thinking;
- Previous experience as a workshop facilitator;
- Experience with digital tools like Miro or Mural;
- Know how to create User Journeys, personas and blueprints ;
- Solid knowledge of tools for making corporate presentations (Key Note, PowerPoint);
- Ability to clearly convey your ideas.
