The Design area currently contains four chapters: Product & Service Design, Creative Design, Research and Writing. You will be part of the Product & Service Design chapter and will act within one of our squads, in a multidisciplinary team (which includes people from different areas, such as Product, Engineering, Quality and Data).

Your main objective will be to understand the people, journeys and processes of the ecosystem for which you will be working and create solutions that deliver value, always spreading and promoting the Design culture to all Zé teams.

We are in an incredible moment of accelerated growth and, therefore, it is important that you are able to explain your Design decisions clearly and objectively and always be available to present to other teams.
