Service Designer

We are looking for a temporary Service Designer or someone with expertise in building psycho-behavioral profiles to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the construction of behavioral profiles of high school students, with a view to engaging in studies, learning and dropout prevention, with a focus on conducting qualitative research.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing behavioral personas based on qualitative and quantitative evidence;
• Experience in qualitative analysis;
• Experience in planning and conducting individual interviews and focus groups;
• Knowing about behavioral economics/behavioral sciences/cognitive psychology is a differentiator.

Research Objectives:

• Design behavioral profiles of Brazilian high school students, mapping the determinants of engagement in studies;
• Discover the main barriers to studies for each profile, looking at both contextual factors and behavioral aspects;
• Have sociodemographic and administrative data characteristics for each profile, in order to be able to identify someone’s profile from the data provided;
• Build a questionnaire that can accurately identify the profile and have a good response rate;
• Define the best communication strategies for each profile.

Activities:

• Support in theoretical research
• Support in the construction of the interview script and the focus group script
• Scheduling and conducting interviews and focus groups
• Qualitative analysis of interview transcripts and focus groups
• Analyzes of other available qualitative materials
• Support in the construction of a questionnaire
• Contact with partners in the questionnaire implementation stage
• Monitoring the completion of the questionnaire during the implementation phase
• Support in the construction of behavioral profiles based on qualitative and quantitative data
• Insights for better communication with each profile
