Service Designer

We are growing and with this the team also grows. We are looking for someone who is willing to embark on this journey with us and generate positive impacts in people’s lives. And that’s why we are looking for professionals with knowledge in Strategic Design to join our team and help us grow, validating hypotheses about improvements in our processes, products and services.

What are the functions?

Facilitate strategic design sessions with AltoQi leaders;

Co-create and maintain ecosystem maps and strategic maps;

Create special in-depth research methods with business units;

Always be aligned with the Business Unit Owner and with the strategic objectives of the business;

Working in partnership with the planning teams of the business units in the search for the customer’s voice; Promote a collaborative culture of empathy and partnership at all times.

What kind of people are hired in this role?

We want people who are creative, proactive and have team spirit and leadership. We are also looking for people with excellent verbal and written communication skills, oriented towards innovation and with a strategic vision.

. Be studying or have completed a higher degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising or related areas;

· Experience in the activities described above.

· Mastery of human centered design and innovation methods, such as design thinking, metadesign, blue ocean strategy tools;.

It would be nice if you also had:

· Experience in service design companies, strategic design and innovation companies.

· Experience in coordinating innovation projects.
