We are a multidisciplinary team, with UX Researchers, Product Designers, Service Designers and UX Writers, divided on several fronts with products for patients, laboratories, hospitals and health services. Our days are growing and in this challenge we are looking for people to work as a Service Designer in the area of Digital Design.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- Share the evolution of projects with the design leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of the experience of the different audiences.
- Work collaboratively with the team in an environment of frequent changes.
- Conduct side projects maintaining the high quality of deliveries.
- Consolidation of results in reports.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the service design process and its methods (Personas, Jornadas, BluePrints, Service Vision, Jobs to Be Done, etc.);
- Planning, conducting and synthesis of design research, promoting the consolidation of actionable insights;
- Facilitation and orchestration of design processes;
- Prototyping and testing of solutions.
