What will you do

  • Collaborate in the creation and improvement of the doctor’s journey, using agile methodologies, design thinking and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Work independently and collaboratively at Squad FFCE, contributing to the development of multichannel strategies.
  • Be guardian of the multichannel pillar, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company’s future vision.
  • Facilitate communication and exchange of information with other members of the Squad, made up of multichannel, marketing, PMO, data professionals and other specialists.
  • Develop and implement projects aimed at doctors, exploring new ways to reach them digitally.
  • Use design thinking, agile tools and other methodologies for prototyping, testing and validating solutions.
  • Participate in monthly data sharing meetings and the strategic forum, contributing to decisions related to medical initiatives.

What are we looking for

  • Proven experience in customer journey design, UX and multichannel strategies.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in senior or strategic positions.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, design thinking and related tools.
  • Fluent English.
  • Teamwork, autonomy, self-management, proactivity and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the medical field desirable, but not mandatory.
