Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer who can help us design and deliver user-centric solutions for our industrial clients. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and business analysts to understand the needs and challenges of our customers and create services that meet their goals and expectations.

AS A SERVICE DESIGNER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Conducting user research and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and opportunities for service improvement
• Gathering stakeholder needs for digital services and products and turning those into use case, user story and solution definitions
• Using user journey maps, personas, high level wireframes and other service design tools to communicate the current and desired states of the service
• Prototyping and testing service concepts and solutions with users and stakeholders, and iterating based on feedback
• Collaborating with other designers, technical architects and developers to ensure the feasibility and usability of the service
• Presenting and documenting the service design process and outcomes to clients and internal teams

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:

• a relevant degree in service design, interaction design, or a related field
• at least 3 years of experience in service design
• a strong knowledge of service design methods and tools, such as user research, prototyping, testing, and evaluation
• a creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to empathize with users and solve complex problems
• excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients
• fluent communication skills in Finnish and English
