As our Service Designer, you’ll design and develop service solutions that meet both the end-users’ needs and our clients’ business goals. You are passionate about designing and creating better customer experiences in multiple channels. You know your way around agile teams and supporting business and product owners in improving their processes from concept to creation.

Your tasks will vary from facilitating workshops to customer and stakeholder interviews and documentation, and creating concepts for different touchpoints. You will design and conduct customer research and analysis -sharing the results and insights with the client.

You’ll support our sales and develop our service design offering together with fellow designers, while developing your own design expertise. Most of your work consists of collaborating with other team members and working directly with clients and their stakeholders. This kind of close collaboration means that your work time will be divided between our Helsinki office/remote office and client premises.

It would be awesome to hear from you if you have:

  • Relevant experience in a design/digital consultancy or as part of client’s in-house design team

  • Experience in designing digital products and services

  • Experience in facilitating client workshops and stakeholder meetings

  • Creative thinking combined with a hands-on attitude

  • Understanding of user interface and interaction design principles – and familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design

  • Understanding of technical solutions and the possibilities technology can bring

  • Change agent mindset

  • Active presence in the design community and professional design networks (in Finland or internationally)

  • Fluency in Finnish and English
