We are now looking for a permanent service provider to strengthen Deloitte Digital’s Helsinki team. We offer the opportunity to join some of our experienced team of designers, designers and digital strategists, and get to use your skills in the interesting and varied challenges of our clients.

As a service designer

  • you can develop the customer and employee experience of leading organizations in various industries, as well as digital services, operating methods and solutions
  • you gather diverse and in-depth customer understanding through a variety of means and build design challenges and hypotheses to develop new concepts.
  • support the involvement of customers and end users in design work, for example by facilitating workshops or designing new ways of co-development
  • you work in multidisciplinary project teams, working together with top experts in strategy, data analytics and HR development, for example.

To succeed in this role you must have

  • at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience (service designer, digital designer or similar job description related to people-oriented design).
  • experience in applying design thinking in the development of services and operations such as the development of new service concepts and operating models.
  • experience in customer research and in analyzing and illustrating observations with the help of, for example, persons, service paths and service blueprints.
  • diverse experience of design tools and methods and their application in development work.
  • excellent written and oral communication skills in Finnish and English. Proficiency in Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • a creative but analytical and logical approach to problem solving.
  • appropriate university degree
