We are looking for an analytical, solution-focused service designer whose work is followed by a customer-oriented attitude and business requirements.

What do we offer you?

  • An organization with Future Workplace and Great Place to Work certifications
  • Outward employee benefits – in addition to industry norm benefits, a couple of unique bonuses
  • The freedom to choose where you do your work – we have been the norm for a long time, regardless of location
  • Coworkers who are inspiring digitalization professionals
  • An interesting position where you can challenge yourself and your customers on a daily basis

What do we expect from you?

  • You have at least five years of work experience or equivalent in digital service design and user experience design
  • You are familiar with the methods and practices of digital design and the way Agile works is familiar to you
  • You are used to designing and facilitating workshops and design sprints
  • You are not confused in the IA / CX / UX concept jungle, but the transition between different design stages and roles is familiar to you and you know how to identify and implement the design tasks of each stage.
  • You are a responsible and conversational team worker. You are interested in people and making things understandable and usable. You know how to identify with the customer’s position and tell them why and how the concept of their online service could be optimally implemented
  • You support the product owner, project leader and implementation team in making design decisions
  • You can concretize your plans into user stories and visualizations
  • You are ready to participate in every phase of the project and offer your expertise to ensure the best end result, whether the assignment is a total service concept or an individual usability improvement
  • You support our sales with offers, workload estimates and presentations according to your skills and experience
