As a Service Designer at SOK, you will play a vital role in elucidating our customers’ needs and behavior patterns through research and participation methods. You will be responsible for planning and implementing qualitative and quantitative research, shaping service visions, conceptualizing services, and promoting customer focus through Design Thinking. Your creative thinking and problem-solving skills will help us drive innovation in our service development.In this role you will be a part of SOK’s in-house Design Community and enrich the daily life of millions in Finland. What We Hope From You

  • Versatile and deep experience as a practical service design expert and strong references from previous jobs
  • Knowledge of service design tools, e.g. service blueprint, customer journeys, business design canvas, facilitation of (remote) workshops and customer surveys
  • Strong skills and evidence of successful collaboration with different stakeholders and as part of a team
  • Management of customer experience measurement and smooth use of metrics and data in development work
  • Experience in shaping service business (and possible experience in financial business is a plus)
  • Good communication skills in English. In some teams and roles fluent Finnish skills are also required
