Service Designer

We are looking for an experienced digital services designer who understands customer and user needs and designs smooth user flows for a multi-system world . You will be comfortable guiding and supporting a multi-skilled team, thus ensuring the functionality of the entire service chain for end users.

What kind of job are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced digital services designer who will lead and support an agile team in the continuous development and maintenance of a service consisting of multiple systems by example and expertise.

In this role, you will be able to implement a system for a large number of users and challenge and develop both yourself and the team developing and maintaining the service. As you have already gained experience, you will be responsible for the implementation of service design, from collecting information, designing the user experience and documenting it, all the way to supporting the development of the service according to plan. You will be able to influence the implementation from start to finish – genuinely building entities that are significant to the customer’s business.

What kind of person are we looking for?

We expect you to have previous experience in user experience design in a multi-system environment. You have a service design education and/or valid certifications in user experience design or design software. The role also requires experience using design software such as Figma.

You will fit in perfectly with the team if:

• You are ready to contribute to teamwork, you are ready to be a driving force and you genuinely want to help customers achieve the best possible service model.
• You have several years of previous experience in defining digital services and designing, implementing, analyzing user experiences, leading workshops, and describing results.
• You have several years of experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud and are accustomed to writing high-quality User Stories
• The majority of customer cooperation is conducted in Finnish, and we expect you to be prepared to work in both Finnish and English.
