Service Designer

Our customers are large international organizations and institutions with high stakes in operational efficiency, transformation and innovation. To design and facilitate collaborative innovation experiences, you support our teams (project managers, innovation project leaders) to guarantee the emergence of collective intelligence solutions.
By mobilizing the practice and methodologies of Design, you support the development of new products, new services and new processes.
As a designer/facilitator in collective intelligence, you work to increase the impact of these projects at every stage of the design process: from scoping needs to prototyping and testing the first concepts.
As guarantor of the research, ideation and prototyping framework and method, as well as of the coordination of project stakeholders, you play a key role, both internally and within our ecosystem or with our customers.
Your responsibilities – On a day-to-day and long-term basis, you will :

• Design, develop and disseminate methodological frameworks or tools for our workshops, hackathons and project acceleration programs,
• Participate in the various phases of innovation projects, in close collaboration with project managers and our customers,
• Lead and facilitate workshops and innovation programs to rapidly design and iterate solutions,
• Facilitate co-design processes and multidisciplinary work, both internally and with customers,
• Share your convictions and best practices in facilitating collaborative work sessions,
• Contribute to improving the team’s approach to design (tools, methodologies, processes, approach…) and consolidating team skills.

Your Skills And Experience
To design and monitor innovation programs, you should be:

• Passionate about creating and designing experiences in all sectors
• A self-starter, generating a multitude of ideas quickly.
• Recognized for your insatiable curiosity, you have a good knowledge of economic, societal and environmental issues.
• With a strong appetite for designing methodologies and processes
• Enjoying facilitating human dynamics within multidisciplinary teams
