Job Description

NEXTON is recruiting a Service Designer (M/F) on a permanent contract in Paris !

Your future work environment:

For one of our major clients in the transportation sector, you will work in an agile and user-centric environment. You will participate in  strategic projects aimed at rethinking complex user journeys and designing high-value-added services.

Your tasks:

  • Conducting user research by combining semi-structured interviews, in situ observations, concept testing and data analysis (quantitative and qualitative).
  • Produce strategic design deliverables: personas, journey maps, experience maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps .
  • Design and facilitate co-creation and convergence workshops (ideo, framing, prioritization, storyboarding…).
  • Prototype services at different levels of loyalty (low-fi, mid-fi). 
  • Collaborating in pair design with UX/UI designers and in tandem with Product Owners.
  • Formalize the functional specifications and the value assumptions to be tested.
  • To ensure the omnichannel consistency of user journeys and alignment with the product strategy.

Qualifications

With a higher education degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in service design , ideally in agile or transformation environments.

  • Proficiency in design thinking methodologies , user research and facilitation.
  • Excellent ability to structure, synthesize and formalize service pathways and concepts.
  • Proficient in facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops.
  • Good level of prototyping .
  • Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, etc.
  • Experience in a context of transformation of public services or large companies is a plus.
