Do you want to make innovation happen for ambitious clients and design meaningful solutions together with dedicated colleagues?

We believe in teamwork, fun, complex projects, and simple solutions. How about you? We’re looking for a like-minded Junior Service Designer with the experience, passion and skills to help us rid the world of crappy design – one project at a time.

Would you like to…?

  • Scope, plan and work on exciting service design projects
  • Define future customer journeys across channels and touchpoints for some of the world’s leading international brands
  • Create real business transformation for our clients and redefine their offerings
  • Map user journeys and help companies define their processes to enable new service experiences
  • Present to clients and develop and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions
  • Conduct qualitative research using design research techniques
  • Analyze and synthesize field data to identify main insights

We would like you to be…

  • Straight out of a relevant design degree, but with a portfolio that showcases some of your best design projects.
  • Great at synthesizing primary research, analyzing outputs from user insights, and developing actionable insights
  • A strong facilitator, presenter, and communicator
  • Have visual skills to communicate information in a way that creates common understanding and engagement
  • Eager to work in a strategic design firm with the goal of making a difference
  • A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive–and the guts – to bring them to life
  • Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
  • Fluent in German and English
