As a Senior Service Designer (a),  you will design holistic service experiences that improve our doctors’ digital journey – intuitive, effective, and user-centric.

Your contribution is critical to our mission to transform healthcare through design excellence. You will combine strategy, UX research, and implementation to create scalable solutions that benefit both physicians and patients.

Your tasks

  • Take a leading role in solution development within our product team and actively shape the strategic direction of our product roadmap.
  • Develop user-friendly, engaging interfaces and optimized workflows that sustainably improve the digital experience of our physicians.
  • Conduct in-depth user research, process qualitative and quantitative feedback, and create data-driven engagement strategies.
  • Design and implement A/B tests, develop target group-specific communication formats and continuously optimize them based on user reactions and feedback.
  • Create interactive prototypes and wireframes for physician-centric applications that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.
  • Work closely with product managers, clinical professionals, sales, engineering, and UX/UI design to develop cross-functional, impactful solutions.

Your profile

  • Experience in complex service design projects that have led to the introduction of new products or relevant developments with measurable business impact
  • In-depth knowledge of service design methods such as service blueprinting, journey mapping and workflow optimization
  • Strong research expertise: Conducting interviews and usability tests with experts – both in German and English
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, CRM, content, sales and clinical teams
  • Confident use of Figma and relevant tools for design research
  • Enjoyment of dynamic, rapidly changing work environments – with high adaptability and a hands-on mentality
