For our Transformation division, we are looking for you as a Service Designer Digital Transformation Public Sector (f/m/d) as soon as possible .

What awaits you

Consulting  – Together with our team, you will advise all levels of public administration – from local authorities to state and federal ministries – and prepare them for the future.

Digitalization  – Your tasks include shaping the modernization of the public sector driven by digitalization.

Strategy  – Designing and testing prototypes helps you validate your hypotheses. You derive strategies from the insights you gain and work together as a team to develop ways to digitize administration.

User centricity  – The end users are your focus. You examine their behavior and usage context, develop personas, customer journeys and design service blueprints.

What you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed your studies in communication, design, psychology or another subject area. Ideally, you have already gained experience with digital business models, the digital economy and/or public administration. Experience with modernization or digitization projects is also a plus.
  • You are familiar with design thinking or lean UX methods so that you can use them specifically for the design process. Show us your creativity with a portfolio.
  • You are a strong communicator and have a confident demeanor – this is also evident, for example, in workshop moderation with large groups.
  • Very good German language skills as well as the flexibility and mobility required for the consulting environment round off your profile.
