YOUR TASKS

  • Development and design of innovative and creative experience concepts and solution ideas on the basis of human-centered design and design thinking in all phases of product development
  • Identification, analysis, and evaluation of target group-specific user needs and usage environments for the derivation, selection, and implementation of interactive business models and agile methods 
  • Holistic and iterative process design and support for the entire product life cycle – from the requirements analysis and development of prototypes to the evaluation of the design solutions
  • Internal and external communication of interaction and user-centered design ideas as well as advice on further product development
  • Cooperation with customers and interdisciplinary project teams in workshops and collaborative environments

YOUR PROFILE

EXPERIENCE: Several years of professional experience in an agency environment and a successfully completed degree with a focus on interaction design, communication design, product/service design, psychology, or similar.
Skillset: Basic understanding of holistic end2end experience travel and design thinking skills and a very good analytical sense for user navigation
PASSION: For innovative ideas and creative concept thinking coupled with a curiosity for social issues 
PROPERTIES: Hands-On mentality, team player with persuasion, empathy, Problem-solving skills, and a practice-oriented mentality
KNOWLEDGE: Very good German and English skills; ideally, technically sound know-how in dealing with the current UX toolbox for experience design and prototyping
