Senior Service Designer

We are looking for a (Senior) Service Designer / UX Strategist (f/m/d).

your mission

You accompany the customer strategically in his ideas and wishes. You take everyone with you on the UX journey to develop digital products and services of the future together: with sensitivity and a view of people and customer needs, with foresight for the product, from creation to workshops and testing to implementation , in German and English.

Your tasks

• Identify and analyze product and service characteristics
• Analyzing the needs and behavior of the relevant user groups along all touchpoints
• Transfer corporate goals into the customer experience
• Developing ideas for new product and service offerings
• Creation of service prototypes and minimum viable productsYou work independently, but not alone. A team consisting of UX, design, project management/product owner and engineering is waiting for you.

your equipment

• At least 5 years of experience in digital product & service development in an agile environment
• Extensive experience in the application of models such as (service) design thinking, systems thinking, design sprints, customer development and others
• High level of expertise in methods such as value proposition canvas, service blueprints, customer journey mapping, design studio, rapid prototyping and others
• A strategic thinking with data-based decisions

• Enjoying agile leadership and working with interdisciplinary teams from product/project management and technical development

Welcome, but not a must

• Experience in engineering / web development or
• Background in the field of psychology or
• Background from the field of media design or
• Experience in expanding cooperation with customers
