Senior Service Designer

Based in Munich, you’ll join our team of researchers, designers and creative technologists on holistic service, industrial, brand, interaction and user experience design projects. We’re looking for an ambitious and creative Senior Service Designer, to strengthen our Research and Service Design team.

Would you like to…?

• Scope, plan, lead and work on exciting service design projects and lead the client on a professional level
• Define future customer journeys across channels and touchpoints for some of the world’s leading international brands
• Create real business transformation for our clients and redefine their offerings
• Present to clients, and facilitate and develop workshops and co-creation sessions
• Support sales activities (written offers, presentations etc.)
• Lead, guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers
• Help shape and develop service design methods and tools within Designit
• Stay updated on the latest developments/trends/thinking within your field and share your knowledge and thoughts with both colleagues and clients

We would like you to be…

• A skilled professional with 4+ years working experience in the field of service design, preferably in an agency and across different industries
• A strong facilitator and presenter and an excellent communicator in German (level C2 or native speaker) and English
• An expert who knows the common service design tools, methods and processes by heart
• Experienced in planning and conducting qualitative user research (interviews, focus groups, …)
• Able to use relevant software (Adobe CS, Figma, Excel, Smaply,…) – bonus points for a basic knowledge of Sketch and InVision!
• Flexible and willing to travel when projects require it
• Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
