Senior Service /UX Designer

**Responsibilities:**

• You will work with the Product Manager and co-founders and influence every design decision
• You will analyze problems and user feedback
• You will create and maintain User Flows and the Service Blueprint together with the Product and Engineering Team
• You will create functional and beautiful solutions for all of our products, at the same time being very focused on the best UX and user journey
• You will create prototypes to think a concept through from start to finish
• You will participate in regular design reviews where you will receive and give feedback
• As we grow, you will establish yourself as the go-to design expert

**About You:**

• You are fluent in English  (speaking, reading, writing) – german language is an optional bonus, but not mandatory
• 5+ years of UX and Service design experience
• You have professional experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile
• You prefer working in a startup environment rather than a corporate one and you can’t wait to join a small team and have big responsibilities
• You have a passion for identifying problems and coming up with creative solutions through iteration and research
• You have an eye for beautiful interfaces and structured layouts and hierarchy
• You have experience working in a collaborative environment with other designers, engineers, user researchers and product teams
• You are willing to question established ideas and move the industry forward
• You are open to learn from others and leave your ego at the door
• You are experienced in working with Figma or similar tools

**Bonus:**

• You have already worked with digital products in the real estate industry
• You have worked in a multicultural environment and have experience with international products
