Senior Service Designer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and synthesize strategic workshops, ideation sessions and design sprints (online and in person) with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver multi-disciplinary answers to complex problems
• Be involved in defining the project scope of work with the Product team and other key stakeholders
• Ensure transparency & coordination of all your activities with the project owners
• Coordinate other team members and collaborate in doing research with the target users, concepting, and prototyping (low & high-fidelity prototypes)
• Oversee the project team on day-to-day operations of project deliverables and problem resolution
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements, documentation and presentations
• Align with the Lead UX in order to keep the project in line with the goals, quality and UX discipline standards and on the needs of the project team for resources and staffing

Profile

• You have at least 8 years of meaningful experience as Service Designers and Strategic Designer
• You are a systemic thinker with a deep understanding of frontend and backend experience-building
• You can define, plan and facilitate a wide range of workshops, defining the right strategy and activities based on the needs of the specific project and audience
• In-depth knowledge and experience within service design discipline: facilitation, user research, value proposition design, service blueprint mapping, wireframing and design concept visualization
• You are passionate for complex problem solving
• You have experience leading teams and other designers
• You have a strong process and ability to zoom out to see the big picture, and then dive into the details
• You easily communicate and envision service concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders
• You enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to the motivation of the team
• Native or fluent in English
