Right now, we’re looking for a medior to senior level Service Designer to join our team.

📋 Tasks & responsibilities

  • Plan and apply service design methodologies to assess client challenges and drive the design of impactful solutions
  • Drive UX and stakeholder research activities independently
  • Develop end-to-end service concepts from customer journeys and service blueprints to wireframes
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including technology experts, data experts, and business strategists
  • Lead and facilitate co-creation workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions
  • Educate and enable clients to apply service design methods to their own context
  • Confidently represent the human-centered approach even in low design-maturity environments
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our services and design frameworks

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in English as it is our working language
  • 3+ years of experience in service design or similar role
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver service design projects independently.
  • Experience working on digital transformation / technological implementation projects
  • Experience guiding non-designers through research, ideation, prototyping, and implementation
  • Excellent facilitation skills – able to guide and engage diverse stakeholders in meaningful discussions
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving challenges

It’s a plus if you have experience:

  • working in an agency, consultancy, or complex corporate environment
  • training non-designers / beginners on design process and methods
  • in employee experience design or organizational development
