Senior Service (UX) Designer

Your Role:

• Be an Innovator: Lead the adoption of service design methodologies within our IT organization, transforming how we approach user-centered solutions
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with developers, product owners, managers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes
• Focus on the Customer: Gather insights through user feedback, identify service gaps, and craft new service experiences from concept to implementation
• Champion Service Design: Empower the ‘Modern Worksplace’ team to apply service design frameworks, including conducting research, interviews, and usability testing
• Document and Drive Results: Develop clear documentation and support the implementation of design-driven changes across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven expertise in service design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation in a corporate environment
• Strong research, communication, and facilitation skills to turn insights into actionable strategies
• A passion for creating intuitive, meaningful, and sustainable service experiences
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Miro, Dovetail, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
