Key Responsibilities:

o  Lead Service Design processes end to end across different projects – design research, analysis and synthesis, ideation, prototyping and delivery.

o  Understand user needs, business requirements and context for innovation through various Design Thinking methods.

o  Passionate about service design and user centred design.

o  An expert in using service design methods and tools and collaborating with other disciplines.

o  Always looking for more effective ways to increase the impact of your work and you have demonstrably created real business impact with it.

o  Capable to manage your own workload and flexible to adapt to changing demands.

o  Co-create innovative concepts and solutions with multiple stake holders such as Design researchers, Interaction designers, Developers, Business Leaders and other process partners in the pharmaceutical ecosystem.

o  Lead and perform customer research; plan, conduct and document interviews; lead workshop planning and facilitation; support “sense-making” and synthesis activities

o  Drive the process of co-creation, and take the lead in elaboration of… ideas, concepts, journeys, blueprints; drive development and testing of prototypes; develop high quality presentations.
