Tasks:

  • Support in transversal research in various fields such as: nature; health & wellness; smart home and IoT; consumer products / services for b2b and b2c.
  • Explore “human behaviors” and “lifestyles”;
  • Explore the market and study the competitors;
  • Support in the development of new services and products
  • Support in carrying out accurate qualitative and quantitative research;
  • Coinvolgimento insieme al team in tutti gli aspetti del design process: user research, brainstorming, concept development, product development, prototyping, testing.

Skills and Experiences:

  • Student / recent graduate in service design;
  • Design Thinking skills;
  • Knowing how to adapt and work in a team, in a participatory and collaborative environment;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Adobe package (A. llustrator, A. Photoshop, A. Indesign)
  • Accuracy, rigor, responsibility, multitasking;
  • Nice to have: previous experiences, even short ones, on the topics mentioned.
