Junior Service Designer

Are you passionate about Service Design and want to have a training experience in a dynamic and innovative context like Logotel?
We are looking for a junior figure to be included in an internship who, together with our team, contributes to designing innovative business strategies, creating new service concepts and accompanying projects until their concrete realization.
At Logotel we believe that the future of design also passes through the integration between human creativity and emerging technologies. For this reason we are looking for people who are curious and open to the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence  as a design lever: tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway or Figma AI can become precious allies to explore scenarios, generate content, visualize ideas and prototype services.
What will you do?

• You will collaborate in the design of innovative services and customer journeys, using Service Design tools (e.g. blueprint, system map, storyboard).
• You will explore the use of  generative AI  to support the research, ideation and prototyping phase.
• You will contribute to the visualization of concepts and the narration of projects.
• You will work in multidisciplinary teams in close contact with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Product Service Design or similar.
• Knowledge of design and visual communication tools.
• Interest or experience using generative AI tools   (e.g. ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, Figma AI, etc.).
• Familiarity with the digital world and its dynamics.
• Excellent knowledge of English (French is a plus).
• Personal portfolio (insert link in CV).
