Service Designer

What you’ll do:

• You will join the team of Service Design & User Research and in particular in the Experience Design Team reporting directly to the Service Design & User Research Advisor;

• You will have the opportunity to be involved in user research activities for online and retail products and service, helping Sisal understand users’ needs, thus contributing to making our offer more inclusive and suitable for everyone. You will connect qualitative and quantitative data, and spread insights to stakeholders to fuel improvement and innovation. You will help our team build and manage personas, customer journeys, blueprints etc. You will use mostly Miro, Excel, Optimal Workshop and all Office suite applications.

Who you are:

• You have at least 4 years of experience running and managing other through Service Design & User Research activities;

• You have a degree in Service Design, IxD Design or similar;

• You have very good project management skills and ability to manage several projects at once;

• You are able to manage large groups of people with different background and seniority;

• You are flexible and resilient under pressure, and proactively identifying new solutions/opportunity when something changes and does not stick to the original plan;

• You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.

Preferrably, you also have:

• Experience in managing Excel data

• Experience in managing Digital Analytics

• Experience in behavioural analysis
