Service Designer

Synergie Italia SPA, Milan Cadorna branch, is looking for a profile to be classified as DIGITAL SERVICE DESIGNER for an important company operating in the energy sector.

The resource, working within the DIGITAL INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY Directorate, will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing the digital transformation program, with the aim of exploiting the opportunities of digital technology to improve processes and enable new opportunities in all functions corporate.

Specifically, the resource will be involved in the following activities:

• Understand the needs of the different company functions and support them in the development of

business;

• Know technological phenomena and trends to combine them with business objectives, in

way to create experiences that exceed stakeholders’ expectations ;

• Create/improve the digital services/products offered , making them useful, usable and desirable by users and efficient for the organization;

• Participate proactively in complex projects;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams;

• Interact with teams of designers and developers ;

• Manage and coordinate the work of partners/suppliers;

• Support the manager in monitoring project times, costs and KPIs ;

• Production of project reports.

To carry out the activity you require:

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in the role of service designer or project manager, product owner, consultant with focus on aspects

of UX/UI ;

• Knowledge in UX, UI, mobile strategy, service design and design thinking ;
• Experience in developing the UX/UI of applications and/or websites ;
• Knowledge of project management principles, Agile methodology, Scrum framework ;
• Knowledge of design tools such as: Figma, Sketch ;
• Fluent knowledge of the English language ;
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and precision.
