  • Strategic design centered on users and Design Thinking: ability to articulate concepts. facts and hypotheses, for decision making, contemplating future implementations of that decision making. Understands design in a holistic way, impacted by its practice in culture, organizational structure, people management or change management.
  • Tangibilization of concepts: the ability to work with abstract concepts directed towards making design decisions, generating solutions and courses of action, based on systematic and visual thinking.
  • Business modeling: knowledge of the principles of business model design, as well as its own tools and techniques, Generation of synergies between business objectives and customer experience.
  • Behavioral Economics: Know the cognitive and emotional elements that are involved in people’s decision-making process and apply them in their design practice.
