We’re looking for a Jr. Service Designer who’s got what it takes to help Studio Frankly get to the next level. Someone that gets warm by hearing the words ‘customer journey mapping’, ‘finding user insights’, ‘blueprinting’ and more of those fun terms! Is that you? Then let us know asap!

Do you check the following boxes:

• You’re a bilingual (EN/ES)
• 1-3 years of experience in Service Design (or comparable field)
• Design or business background
• You’re based in CDMX
• Available Full-time
• Star in running workshops and dealing with clients
• Excellent sense for combination of strategy, business and creativity
